These terms apply to tours and services booked through vivatraclub.com. By submitting a reservation or making a payment you accept them.
Who We Are
Vivatra Club sells tours and excursions in Puerto Vallarta that are operated by independent, licensed providers. We act as the seller and your point of contact for the reservation.
Prices and Payment
Online tour bookings are charged in full (100%) at the time of booking, in Mexican pesos (MXN). The total shown before you pay is the tour price plus a 10% transaction fee. Some tours are available by request only: for those we confirm availability first and send the payment details afterwards.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe through our reservation platform, ContableApp. We never see or store your card number.
Confirmation
Once your payment is received you will get a confirmation email with the details of your tour. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it, and contact us if it does not arrive.
Departure Days and Schedules
Departure days and schedules are subject to change without notice. If a change affects your reservation we will contact you to reschedule or refund it.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations received at least 48 hours before the arrival (tour) date receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. After that, or if you do not show up, there is no refund.
Promotional purchases (for example 3x2 and 4x3) are not refundable.
To cancel, write to [email protected] with your confirmation number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take several business days to show them.
Weather and Provider Cancellations
If the provider cancels a tour because of weather, sea conditions or safety, we will offer you another date or a full refund.
Your Responsibilities
Please give us accurate contact details and the correct number of guests, follow the instructions of the tour staff, and check the requirements of each tour (age, health, what to bring). Providers may refuse participation if these are not met, without refund.
Liability
Tours involve outdoor and water activities with inherent risks. The tour providers are responsible for operating them safely. To the extent permitted by law, Vivatra Club is not liable for injuries, losses or delays caused by the providers, third parties, weather or events outside our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force are those published on this page when you book.
